David listed our house at the same time we were looking for a house to move into. On the selling side, David went above and beyond to market our house. He arranged to have MatterPort give a 3D walkthrough of the house, professional photography with a video walk through, and open houses on the weekend. He was always timely and honest in his dealings with us. If David said he was going to do it, it was going to get done. Paperwork, contracts, offers, etc., were promptly sent to us for e-signatures, and he would gently remind us to sign them if we forgot to do so. On the buying side, David also went above and beyond. We looked at approximately 15 houses throughout our search process, and with each day we went out he printed out a spiral bound guide to the homes. Each home's location was mapped, pertinent information was included on a face sheet, and a summary page was available for notes. He was available to take a quick look at a couple houses or spend the entire day looking at houses (depending on our schedules). When it came to the offer and negotiation phase of the process he gave insight into strategy. When it came to the inspections (on both purchase and sale), David was always present while the inspector was present to go over the findings. If we had to sell our home tomorrow we would choose to use David Henry again, which is the highest compliment that can be given.

I submitted an online interest in the property and David Henry contacted me pretty quickly in the evening on a Sunday. We made arrangements to meet at the property the following Monday. During our conversation I texted him a list of other properties I liked and he researched them all. When I arrived at the property David had created a binder of the available homes that I liked and others here thought I might be interested in. That was amazing to me that without ever meeting me he stayed up and put that together before our appointment. I ended up not liking the home I wanted to see but loved another one he took the time to show me. We put and offer in that day. He negotiated a lower price and part of closing costs and some repairs that needed to be done. He worked hard with me, the owner and my bank to get everything done on time and at all hours of the night. He arranged the inspections and made sure to be present when they took place. He even helped me with the costs of the inspections. He was always available to call, text, email and responded quickly, he was very attentive. He got the closing moved up, scheduled it when it was best for me, and even came to closing to make sure everything went well. Even after closing he is still checking in to be sure we are happy and help with any other repair referrals we may need. No doubt that I would call him again if we were in the market and will definitely refer him to friends.
